The Preliminary Title Report is a document produced by the title company during the initial stages of the home purchase. Please be sure to download all reports and review them thoroughly. While reviewing, pay special attention to CC&Rs, easements, etc. which may pose conflicts with your desired use of the property.

The escrow officer will thoroughly review the Preliminary Title Report to help with identifying red flags, and I suggest that you do the same. You can expect to be notified if there are any concerns or items out of the ordinary on the Preliminary Title Report.

If you have any questions, please let me know so that I can direct your concerns to the escrow officer, who is the expert in this realm.
